Seven 7 Tips For Securing Your Android Device
The security of an Android device is not just about adding a PIN block. Here I will give you seven key tips to keep your Android smartphone or tablet safe from different perspectives.

(1) Add a Lock Screen:

Adding a screen lock is a basic level of security for your Android device. Now, the Android device that you set a PIN slot, password, lock pattern, a fingerprint scanner or an eye as a lock screen. To get started, go to Settings> Security> Screen Lock.

(2) Lock Individual Apps:

To further prevent unauthorized access to your individual apps, you can lock them in an app such as App Lock. This app can lock Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, Gallery, Gmail, SMS, Settings, Contacts, Inbound Calls, and any other apps you love.

App Lock lets you set a password, pattern or fingerprint slot (works only on Android 6.0+) for individual apps.

(3) Download Apps from Trusted Sources:

By default, it's not allowed to download an app from the Google Play Store under Android devices. But if you want to download the apps from other platforms, go to Settings> Security> Device Manager and Tap Unknown Resources.

It is worth noting that the apps downloaded from sources other than the Google Play Store are beyond Google's control. So you always download apps only from trusted platform.

(4) Manage App Permissions:

An important advantage of downloading a Google Play app that told you when permission should be given before installing it. Typically, an app accesses your files, contacts, or other information for a charity, but if you think that an app that you do not necessarily request to allow a specific permission, install.

Android Marshmallow, you are not required to provide access to your devices at the same time while installing an app, and instead, you will be prompted to do this when you are there for the first time.

(5) Keep Android OS and Apps Up-to-Date

The update of the Android OS and apps, not only allows you to enjoy the new features, but also includes fixes security bug.

To update your apps, go to the Google Play store and click the menu button. Now tap Settings> General> Auto Customize and choose the desired setting. Most Android users with limited data bucket prefer "Automatically update apps only on Wi-Fi" option.

To install any new updates for the operating system, go to Settings> About Phone Updates> System.

(6) Use a Secure WiFi:

When the house is out, the device will catch your WiFi signal to many public places - such as cafes, hotels and pubs. But they are not safe to use. Even if a network password is protected, you will share it with many other people, you can endanger your data. Always use a secure WiFi network.

(7) Use Secure Messaging App:

Now there are several instant messaging services out there, but all of them safe?

A secure messaging app is usually described as the one that encrypts your messages even before they leave the device. No one but the sender and the intended recipient can read the encrypted message, even a blockage occurs during the exchange.

WhatsApp, Signal Private Messenger, Gliph, Wickr Telegram and some popular messaging apps.

Wifi security is very important, mostly against wifi's hackers
