Apple Apologises🙇‍♂ for Problems with its Faulty MacBook💻 Keyboards

Apple's MacBook laptops are in light again. But this it's not because someone discovered a new flaw in them but because Apple has finally admitted to the persistent problems affecting its new generation of keyboards.

The Cupertino, California headquartered company in a response to a column by The Wall Street Journal, which documented the issue with Apple's new generation keyboard, also called the butterfly keyboard, with a missing E and R, has apologised to its users for the issue that has been widely criticised by the users.

"We are aware that a small number of users are having issues with their third generation butterfly keyboard and for that we are sorry," an Apple spokesperson said in a statement to the publication (via The Verge). "The vast majority of Mac notebook customers are having a positive experience with the new keyboard," the spokesperson added.

For those of you who are unsure, here's a crash course for you. Apple introduced its butterfly keyboard back in 2015. The redesigned keyboard was thinner than its previous keyboard, which in turn helped the company to manufacture sleeker laptops. However, these keyboards had a critical flaw. Sometimes, after being exposed to dust the keys in the butterfly keyboard would either not respond or they would register twice.
